Steve Settle has a diverse work experience. Steve started their career in 1990 as a Call Center Manager at Electronic Data Systems. Steve managed a team and provided long distance operator services. From 1998 to 2008, they worked as a Project Manager Help Desk at the same company, where they managed multiple project initiatives and ensured the accuracy of completed documents. In 2010, they worked as an Immigration Program Analyst at the U.S. Department of Labor, where they analyzed requests for reconsideration of immigration certification applications. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Call Center Manager at SDDS Inc., where they managed an outbound call center. Currently, they are the Director of Enrollment Services Strategic Communications Center at Kennesaw State University, where they oversee the center's operations and responds to inquiries and resolves issues.
Steve Settle has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Real Estate from The University of Georgia. Steve also holds a certification in IT Service Management from the Information Technology Infrastructure Library Foundation Certificate (ITIL), obtained in 2007.
