Jon McCaw

Jon McCaw is an experienced technical specialist with a diverse background in IT support, online marketing, and leadership. Currently serving as a Technical Specialist at Kenneth Copeland Ministries since December 2021, responsibilities include assisting users through service desk calls and traveling for various campaigns. Previously, Jon owned and operated JonMcCaw.com, focusing on teaching online marketing, graphic design, and video production. A solid foundation in desktop support was built through roles at Qorvo, Inc., and The Greenbrier Companies, providing technical assistance to employees and managing help desk operations. Jon's leadership experience includes serving as CEO of The Relationship Revivalists and leading training efforts for new employees at Apex Systems. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Business IT from Portland Community College and a Microsoft certificate from the University of Phoenix.
