Christy Addington

Christy Addington is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Kenneth's Salons + Day Spas since June 2022, Christy oversees a comprehensive range of HR functions including talent acquisition, benefits administration, and employee relations, while also mentoring a team that supports over 350 employees across multiple locations. Prior roles include Director of People Operations at Mammoth, Regional HR Manager at CommuniCare Health Services, and various positions at Greystone Health Network and Thirty-One Gifts. Christy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, as well as additional certifications in Human Resources Management from The Ohio State University.
