Dan Cercone

Dan Cercone is an Associate Attorney at Kenney Shelton Liptak Nowak LLP, having started in March 2024. Prior to this role, Dan served as an Associate Attorney at Goldberg Segalla from July 2023 to March 2024 and at Chelus Herdzik Speyer & Monte, P.C. from July 2019 to July 2023. Dan's legal experience also includes positions as a Law Clerk at Hurwitz & Fine, P.C. and the City of Buffalo Department of Law, as well as an internship with the Onondaga County District Attorney's Office and the Erie County District Attorney's Office. Dan holds a Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University College of Law, earned between 2015 and 2018, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Textual Studies and Political Science, with a minor in Management Studies, from Syracuse University, completed in 2015. Dan is a graduate of St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute, class of 2011.
