Kristen Cascio

Kristen Cascio is an Associate Attorney at Kenney Shelton Liptak Nowak LLP since September 2023, previously serving as a Law Clerk. Kristen held the position of Editor-in-Chief and Associate at the Buffalo Environmental Law Journal from July 2021 to May 2023. Kristen gained practical legal experience as a Legal Extern at the New York State Office of the Attorney General in the Environmental Protection Bureau in late 2022 and was a Law and Policy Fellow at New York Sea Grant during the summer of 2022. Additionally, Kristen was a Judicial Intern in the chambers of Julio M. Fuentes at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in 2021. Previous work experience includes roles at Delaware North, Fulfillment Fund, Andell Inc., Stuber Productions, and Universal Pictures. Kristen holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University at Buffalo School of Law, a Master of Arts (MA) from Northwestern University, a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Cornell University, and a Certificate in Global Sustainability from UCLA Extension.
