Martin Catania

Martin Catania is the president of Keno Kozie, where he provides strategic leadership and direction to practice area leaders throughout the firm. He works closely with business leaders from across the operation to build products and solutions aimed at helping our client partners solve their technology and service challenges.

Martin has served in a number of roles since joining the company in 1999 as a systems engineer in the firm’s network consulting department. In 2007, he was called upon to lead help desk services, where he was instrumental in the development of the business unit and responsible for many critical evolutions, leading the team through the conversion to 24/7 service and the onboarding and delivery of support to more than 130 client firms. Most recently, Martin has focused on evolving the firm’s help desk into an industry-leading solution, working closely with the firm’s largest and most prestigious clients to develop customized support solutions and deliver world-class service.

Martin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature with a creative writing concentration from Illinois Wesleyan University. He spends his free time in a variety of personal and charitable pursuits ranging from the arts to the outdoors.
