Matthew Trewhella

Matthew Trewhella has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Matthew started their career in 2004 as the owner of Independent Energy, where they successfully managed the business for nearly a decade. In 2013, they joined Kensa Contracting as a Contract Manager and gradually progressed to become the General Manager and Contracting Director. From January 2019 to March 2022, Matthew served as the Managing Director of Kensa Contracting. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Executive Officer at Kensa Group since March 2022. Matthew's career progression demonstrates their expertise and leadership skills in the energy sector.

Matthew Trewhella earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Astrophysics from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd in 1993. Matthew went on to pursue further studies at the same institution and completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Astrophysics from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd in 1997.
