Leslie Fillip

Leslie Fillip has a diverse work experience in various industries. Currently, they are working as an Integration Manager at Kensing since January 2023. Previously, Leslie worked as a Production Superintendent and a Production Engineer at Kensing from July 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining Kensing, Leslie had a significant tenure at BASF, starting as a Professional Development Program - Site Optimization in July 2017 and later transitioning into roles as a Professional Development Program - Production Engineer and a Production Engineer. Their time at BASF lasted from July 2017 to June 2021.

Leslie also gained experience as a Research Assistant at Lucelo Technologies, Inc. from July 2015 to May 2017. They also worked as a Process Engineering Intern at Flint Hills Resources from May 2016 to August 2016.

In 2015, they also had a Study Abroad Experience in Nanotechnology Innovation at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, they attended Florence High School. Additionally, Leslie obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification in August 2017 from BASF.
