Pooja Bhaidasna has an extensive background in customer service and hospitality, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Experience at Kensington Tours since September 2018, after progressing from the role of Senior Customer Care & Operations Specialist. Prior experience includes positions at The Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto as a Guest Service Representative, and Candlewood Suites® Hotels as a Guest Services Supervisor. Pooja has also held various roles at Ardene, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Edmonton International Airport, Travelodge Toronto East Hotel, including both Front Desk Agent and Front Desk Intern. Educational qualifications include a Hospitality Management diploma from Centennial College and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University.
