Christopher McCormick

Christopher McCormick is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in investment acquisitions, asset management, and capital raising. Currently serving as Principal of Investment Acquisitions and Disposal at Kent County Council since September 2023, Christopher has held significant roles including Executive Director - Head of UK Property at Sakal Real Estate Partners from October 2020 to September 2023, Chief Executive Officer at McCormick+Cowen Capital from May 2019 to September 2023, European Investment Director at Gaw Capital Partners from December 2013 to January 2019, and a position in Fund Management at Aviva Investors from February 2007 to December 2013. A graduate of the University of East London with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) MRICS in Real Estate, Christopher has consistently focused on both the UK and Asia Pacific markets throughout a diverse career.
