Chief of Emergency Medical Services at Kent County Government

Logan Quinn has a diverse work experience in the field of emergency medical services and public safety. Starting in 2012, Quinn worked as a Critical Care EMS Transport at the University of Maryland Express Care until 2015. Quinn then joined the Anne Arundel County Police as a Police Communications Operator II from 2014 to 2015. From 2013 to 2019, Quinn served as a Paramedic at Dorchester County Emergency Services.

Quinn then took on the role of Emergency Services Communications at the Kent County Office of Emergency Services from 2015 to 2020. This role involved 911 and administrative call processing, utilizing emergency dispatch software and computer-aided dispatch systems for dispatching police, fire, and EMS units. Additionally, Logan holds various certifications, including Fire Service Instructor Certification, EMS Officer I, Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), Paramedic, and National Registered Paramedic (NRP). They also have a CN1 certification from the Maryland State Police.
