Jeffery Kwok

Jeffery Kwok has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Jeffery currently works as a Community Manager at KEF | Kent Engineering & Foundry since 2021. Prior to this, they spent several years at Apple, starting in 2012. At Apple, they held various positions including Manager | People Management, Lead, Pro, Specialist | Workshop Facilitator, Lead and Learn Program participant, and In-Store Guest Trainer. In these roles, they supervised sales floor operations, trained and developed store employees, monitored store performance, addressed customer concerns, and facilitated workshops and training sessions. Before joining Apple, Jeffery worked at HSBC as a Senior Business Development Officer from 2010 to 2012.

Jeffery Kwok attended The Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 2007 to 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Industrial and System Engineering.
