Jeff Buchanan

Jeff Buchanan, MSUXD, is a User Experience Manager at Duke Energy Corporation, where responsibilities include recruiting talent, managing team assignments, and supporting Product Owners with insights and product roadmaps. With a background as a Lead UX Designer and Sr. UX Designer/Design Strategist, Jeff has been instrumental in shaping organizational UX strategies and leading design teams. Additionally, Jeff serves as an online adjunct professor for Kent State University's Master in User Experience Design program and has previously worked as a UX Consultant for Signature Consultants and as a Pastor of Adult Ministry & UX Consultant at Grace Covenant Church. Jeff's educational qualifications include a Master of Science in User Experience Design from Kent State University and various degrees in music and theological studies.
