Fallon Leclerc

Fallon Leclerc has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. In 2022, they began working as Human Resources Director for KENTECH. From 2018 to 2022, they worked for Patients On Command as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Client Success Manager. In their role as Chief Operating Officer, they were responsible for supervising daily operations including marketing, customer service, and sales, and collaborating with the CEO to drive company vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs. Fallon was also responsible for preparing and forecasting revenue reports, profit-loss statements, and operational dashboards for the CEO. As Chief Human Resources Officer, they were responsible for managing the Human Resources department. As Client Success Manager, they were the primary point of contact for the company's customers and connected customers to the specific team for specific requests. Fallon was also responsible for establishing and building customer relationships to promote customer loyalty and retention, as well as providing high-level tech support and resolving any customer dissatisfaction. From 2007 to 2018, they worked for Professional Probation Services Inc. as a Probation Officer. In this role, they were commended multiple times for expertly balancing multiple duties as the city's only City Court Probation Officer. Fallon handled up to 80 probation cases on a regular basis, monitoring and supervising individuals serving probation for drug and traffic offenses. Fallon also gained deep and detailed knowledge of criminal and judicial proceedings in application, from enforcing probation conditions, court orders, and drug testing to preparing reports and case notes and writing up participants for probation violations.

Fallon Leclerc obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from Auburn University between 2003 and 2005. Fallon then went on to receive a Master's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Kaplan University between 2015 and 2016. In 2021, they obtained certifications in Building Business Relationships and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn. Additionally, they are expected to obtain a certification in Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in August 2022.
