Fallon Leclerc has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. In 2022, they began working as Human Resources Director for KENTECH. From 2018 to 2022, they worked for Patients On Command as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Client Success Manager. In their role as Chief Operating Officer, they were responsible for supervising daily operations including marketing, customer service, and sales, and collaborating with the CEO to drive company vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs. Fallon was also responsible for preparing and forecasting revenue reports, profit-loss statements, and operational dashboards for the CEO. As Chief Human Resources Officer, they were responsible for managing the Human Resources department. Fallon Leclerc obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from Auburn University between 2003 and 2005. Fallon then went on to receive a Master's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Kaplan University between 2015 and 2016. In 2021, they obtained certifications in Building Business Relationships and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn. Additionally, they are expected to obtain a certification in Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in August 2022.
