The Operations Team at Kentucky Blood Center ensures the efficient collection, management, and distribution of blood products to meet daily demand. Led by the Director of Inventory and Facility Operations, the team coordinates blood collection drives and inventory processes, while the Blood Collections Manager focuses on optimizing donor recruitment and collection strategies. Additionally, the HR Safety Coordinator implements safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for staff and donors alike.
