Jim Jackson, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Jim is currently serving as the Director of Inventory and Facility Operations at Kentucky Blood Center. Prior to this, they worked at Sazerac Company as a Materials Supervisor, where they successfully reduced material waste by over 23% and managed a team responsible for packaging waste prevention. Jim also collaborated with vendors to expedite orders and resolve discrepancies.

Before joining Sazerac Company, Jim held the position of Inventory Supervisor at McLane Company, Inc. In this role, they ensured adequate supply in the distribution center by working closely with company buyers. Jim also supervised two physical inventories per year and oversaw the tracking and adjustment of all stock through the cycle counting process.

Jim's work experience also includes being a Store Assistant Manager at The Fresh Market, where they managed a team of 65+ employees and was responsible for HR initiatives, labor budgeting, and customer/vendor engagement.

Jim has also held positions at Mondelēz International, where they worked as a District Manager, leading diverse teams and consistently meeting sales objectives. Additionally, they recruited and promoted high-potential team members. Prior to that, they were a Retail Merchandiser Supervisor, Market Trainer, Retail Merchandising Supervisor, Sales Representative, and Senior Sales Representative at Kraft Foods Group.

Jim's professional journey began with a summer internship at Brown-Forman. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, achieved sales goals, optimized inventory management, and effectively managed teams.

Jim Jackson, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration degree at Indiana Wesleyan University from 2017 to 2018. Prior to this, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts in Agriculture Communications at the University of Kentucky from 2000 to 2005.
