Dodie Howlett

Vice President of Marketing and Creative Strategy at Kentucky Derby Festival

Dodie Howlett has a vast and varied work experience. Dodie started their career at Redmoon Theater in 1996 as a Production Manager and held the position until November 1997. In September 1996, they also became the Operations Director for the Chicago Christmas Parade Association, a role they held until December 1998. Dodie then moved on to the Kentucky Derby Festival, where they initially served as the Director of Advertising & Promotions, starting in December 1998. In February 2021, Dodie was promoted to the role of Vice President of Marketing and Creative Strategy. It is worth noting that their current position at the Kentucky Derby Festival is ongoing and does not have a specified end date.

Dodie Howlett's education history includes attending Ballard High School from 1987 to 1991. After completing high school, Dodie then pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Production Management from DePaul University from 1991 to 1995.
