Phil Shepherd

Phil Shepherd has a background in arts education and consulting. Phil has worked in various roles such as Manager at Kentucky Department of Education, Project Director at National Coalition for Core Arts Standards, and currently serves as an Online Course Design/Instructor at Kentucky Educational Television. Phil is now retired but continues to do independent arts consulting work.
