Angie Phelps-Sells worked for the Kentucky Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company as a Talent Service Manager from December 2011 to September 2014. Angie then served as the Human Resources Director at the same company from September 2014 to present. Prior to that, they worked at Harrison County Hospital as a Health Information Manager from July 1998 to August 2000, and later as the Human Resources Director from August 2000 to November 2011.
Angie Phelps-Sells earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Information Administration from Indiana University Indianapolis in the years 1991 to 1995. Angie later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Louisville between 1998 and 2002. Angie also holds certifications such as SHRM-SCP from SHRM and SPHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
