Tricia Chapman

Tricia Chapman is the current Senior Executive Pastor at Kentwood Community Church. Tricia has been in this position since October 2013. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Ministry Operations at Christ the King Church from December 2002 to October 2013. In that role, they assisted the Pastor's Leadership Team in achieving the church's mission by developing and implementing a comprehensive ministry strategy that embraced the church's core values.

Before their work in the church, Tricia spent 10 years as the Business Unit Director at General Physics, where they provided strategic consulting, training development, and performance improvement for the automotive industry.

Tricia has a passion for helping others reach their potential and for seeing organizations achieve their mission. Tricia is a skilled leader and strategist with a proven track record of success.

Tricia Chapman has a master's degree in ministry leadership from Rockbridge Seminary and a master's degree in instructional technology from Wayne State University. Tricia also has a bachelor's degree in education from Concordia University, Nebraska.

Tricia Chapman reports to Mick Veach, Lead Pastor. They work with Curtis Thompson - Associate Executive Pastor, Engagement in Connect, Care & Grow & Local Outreach, Hannah Pellerito - Children's Ministry Director, and Clint Nickoles - Facilities Director.
