James Porter has over 27 years of experience in operations and management roles. James started their career as a Distribution Center Manager at Elston Richards, Inc in 1993. James then progressed to become an Operations Manager at Horne Building Specialties, Inc in 1997. In the same year, they also took on the role of Operations Manager at Pella Windows & Doors by HORNE, where they worked until 2006. Since then, they have been serving as the Vice President of Manufacturing at Kentwood Office Furniture, focusing on creating aesthetically beautiful work environments that fit clients' culture and budget.

James Porter attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a BSBA degree with a focus on Marketing and Transportation and Logistics.
