Chime Dolkar

Chime Dolkar is a Process Scientist II at Kenvue, with experience in initiating and writing Global Change Controls and Development Plans, and orchestrating cross-functional coordination for project alignment. Prior to Kenvue, Chime worked as a Formulation Chemist at Church & Dwight Co., Inc., focusing on scale-up and process development for laundry and pet-care products. Research experience includes studying microfluidics at The City College of New York. Chime has also served as an Operations Manager at Café Tibet, where exceptional customer service and marketing strategies were implemented. Chime holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and an Associate's degree in Chemistry, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree at Rutgers University.
