Rajat Das

Rajat Das is an experienced Senior Scientist II specializing in Process & Technology Development for Cell Therapy, currently working at Minaris Advanced Therapies since May 2025. Previously, Rajat held similar positions at Advanced Therapies, LLC, and WuXi Advanced Therapies, contributing to tech transfer efforts. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Scientist at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, focusing on T-cell quality control process optimization for CAR-T therapy, and several positions at the University of Pennsylvania, including Faculty Research Associate and Postdoctoral Fellow, where work centered on drug metabolism and regulation. Rajat's academic background includes a PhD in Cancer Biology from Jadavpur University, and degrees in Human Physiology from the University of Calcutta and Vidyasagar University.
