Dayane Rodrigues

Dayane Rodrigues is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis across various industries. Currently serving as the EMEA FP&A Supply Chain Lead at Kenvue since May 2023, Dayane previously held the same position at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health and has also worked as a Senior Financial Analyst for the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies. Additional roles include data partnership at Trade Republic, supporting human rights research at The People for Change Foundation, and a series of financial analyst positions at Roche, where responsibilities spanned finance business partnering, forecasting, and financial reporting. Dayane holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the Willy Brandt School at the University of Erfurt and has a strong educational background in controlling and business management.
