Grigoris Karelos

Grigoris Karelos is an experienced executive in the consumer health sector, currently serving as General Manager for South-East Europe at Kenvue since May 2023. With a strong leadership background, Grigoris has held key positions within the EFEX Association, including President of the Board of Directors since March 2019 and previous Vice President. Grigoris is also a board member at ECR Hellas and AESGP and has been President of the Board of Directors for the Pension Fund of Johnson & Johnson family of companies since September 2018. Previously, Grigoris worked at Johnson & Johnson from November 2006 to May 2023, where significant roles included leading consumer health operations across South-East Europe, overseeing an organization of 160 people across 15 countries. Grigoris holds an International MBA with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from Athens University of Economics and Business and a Mini-MBA in Digital Marketing from Rutgers University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
