Hemangi Joshi-Deodhar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data governance and product data strategy. Currently serving as Senior Director, E2E Data Governance - Global Product Data Domain Lead at Kenvue since May 2023, Hemangi previously held the role of Senior Director, Global Product Data Strategy & Operations at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health from November 2021 to May 2023. Hemangi's tenure at Johnson & Johnson spanned over 17 years, encompassing various leadership roles in transformation delivery, commercial processes, regional marketing operations, and supply chain reliability. Prior to this, Hemangi was the Mill Manager & Project Engineer at United States Gypsum Company for nearly eight years. Additionally, Hemangi created a CD-based learning tool for the Marathi language in a self-directed endeavor. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from The Cooper Union and multiple MBA degrees in Marketing and Operations Management from NYU Stern School of Business.
