Kieran Greene

Kieran Greene is an accomplished professional in the field of Research and Development, currently serving as the Director of R&D Process Development, R&D Capabilities and Operations at Kenvue since May 2023, overseeing R&D Process Development in the APAC region and global capabilities. Prior to this role, Kieran held various leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson and Henkel, managing R&D Technical Operations and corporate strategies for global product development across multiple brands. Kieran's extensive experience at Procter & Gamble included roles as Director of Hair Care R&D and Senior Engineer, contributing to innovation in product development and process optimization across numerous segments, particularly in hair and home care. Kieran holds a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University Belfast and furthered education in Disruptive Strategy at Harvard Business School.
