Koji Tsurumi

Koji Tsurumi serves as Vice President Regional Counsel for Asia Pacific at Kenvue since August 2023. Concurrently, Tsurumi has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Keio University since April 2019, teaching Corporate Governance and Risk Management in English. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson from January 2015 to August 2023, encompassing VP Law for Consumer Health Asia Pacific, Southeast Asia, Medical Devices Japan and North Asia, and Vision Asia. Tsurumi also held positions at GE from 2005 to 2014 as General Counsel for GE Healthcare Asia Pacific and Japan, among others. Additional experience includes co-chairing the Competition Policy Task Force at the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan, practicing law at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, serving as a Public Prosecutor, and completing legal training at the Supreme Court of Japan. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Law from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Laws from Keio University.
