Michaela Cronin-Neilan

Michaela Cronin-Neilan is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Senior Commercial Marketing Lead at Kenvue since May 2023. Previously, Michaela held the position of Commercial Marketing Lead at Johnson & Johnson from February 2019 to May 2023. Prior to that, Michaela worked with Real Nation in various roles, including Account Manager for experiential marketing and as a Project Assistant, where responsibilities included managing BTL campaigns for multiple high-profile brands. Michaela's early career includes experience in equine management and customer service roles across several farms and retail settings. Michaela holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Equine Science with Business Management from the University of Limerick.
