Rita Santana Godinho

Rita Santana Godinho currently serves as the Digestive Health Business Lead for Southern Europe and France at Kenvue since October 2023. Prior to this role, Rita held multiple positions at Johnson & Johnson, including Skin Health Business Lead and Group Brand Manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio of brands across 18 countries in Southern Europe. With experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving brand strategies, Rita has also worked as a Senior Brand Manager at Yum! Brands and L'Oréal, where responsibilities included portfolio management and launching successful marketing initiatives. Rita holds a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Strategy from Nova School of Business and Economics and has completed various educational programs related to language and culture.
