Sheridan Heussler

Sheridan Heussler currently serves as the Head of Talent Access for APAC at Kenvue since May 2023, following an extensive career at Johnson & Johnson from September 2009 to May 2023, where roles included Head of Talent Access for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health and Senior HR Business Partner across various divisions. Sheridan's strategic HR leadership experience encompasses diverse areas such as leadership development, talent management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, alongside supporting significant business transformations and organizational redesign efforts. Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Sheridan held HR positions at KPMG, GE, and IKEA, contributing to various HR initiatives and providing generalist support. Academic qualifications include a Professional Diploma of Human Resources from Deakin University and a Business Administration degree with a focus on Human Resources and Psychology from Macquarie University.
