Melissa Thomas

Melissa Thomas has worked in various roles since 2012. Melissa began their career at Caterpillar Inc. as a Strategic Technical Intern in 2012. Later that year, they took on the role of Technology Consultant at M.D.W. Dentistry. In 2013, they moved to bswift and assumed the roles of Implementation Lead, Implementation and Account Manager, and Director of Implementations & Client Services. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Kenway Consulting as a Management Consultant.

Melissa Thomas attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2009 to 2010 before transferring to Bradley University where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Administration in 2013. In 2012, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Caterpillar, Inc.
