Rob Fields is an experienced Marketing Manager in Baking and Cooking at Kenwood Limited. Rob has also held roles as an Innovation Manager and Lead Innovation & Insight Engineer within the company. Prior to their time at Kenwood, Rob worked as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Lewmar, focusing on designing custom products for the racing and superyacht market. Additionally, Rob has experience as a Design Engineer at Accuracy International and completed a degree in Product Design from Bournemouth University. Rob is currently pursuing a Leadership Program at Henley Business School.
