Eric Otieno

Eric Otieno possesses extensive experience in IT management, with a career spanning over 17 years at Kenya Airways since 2007. Currently serving as Manager of Business Productivity Support, Eric oversees IT support for offices and airports, ensuring application systems availability and leading a team of information systems professionals. Previous roles include Manager of IT Enterprise Systems, where responsibilities involved managing IT capabilities and system integrations, and Information Technology Service Delivery Manager, focusing on service delivery against SLAs. Additionally, Eric has managed international stations' ICT support and served as Regional IS Support Coordinator. Earlier experience with Plan International as ICT Coordinator involved network administration and security enhancement. Eric holds an MSC in Information Systems from the University of Nairobi, obtained between 2012 and 2014.
