Ghassan Odeh

Ghassan has had a 37 year career with KEO, joining in 1982. He is one of our longest and one of the most highly respected serving leaders. His entire career has been in the delivery of CM/CS services. He has risen in the ranks from a site based professional, to CM and Chief RE, to Director of CM/CS Services and to his last position, that of Senior Executive Director for CM/CS Services in PMI. He also has been and continues to be the official UAE Representative for KEO.

Some of the highlights of his career as direct project delivery leader has included iconic hotel and conference centers, university campuses, tall towers, large scale mixed use developments, mega housing developments and other landmark projects. In his capacity as Director and Executive Director of CM/CS services he has overseen project delivery in all of the UAE, Bahrain, Oman and in KSA for the past 20 years.

He has earned a reputation as someone that can be relied upon to bring maturity of judgement, capacity for objectivity in the analysis and solutions to complex project construction delivery challenges.

Ghassan holds a BSc. In Civil Engineering and is a member of the Kuwait, Jordan and UAE Societies of Engineers.

As a Co-Managing Director of PM/CM International Division, Ghassan’s joint mandate is to drive excellence in the delivery of PM/CM services, run a profitable operation, and to promoting growth for the division through business development efforts in line with KEO’s strategies for 2020 and beyond. As Co-Managing Director, Ghassan is also member of KEO’s Executive Leadership Management Board.
