Riyas Manjakkandan

Riyas Manjakkandan is a seasoned professional in the field of structural design and Building Information Modeling (BIM) with extensive experience across multiple high-profile projects. Currently serving as Project BIM Lead and Senior BIM Designer for KEO International Consultants since February 2023, Riyas is involved with the structural team in Dubai and Qatar. Prior roles include BIM Coordinator and BIM Modeler at SHBC, contributing significantly to the KIPIC Al-Zour Refinery Project and the expansion of Al Adan Hospital in Kuwait. Earlier experience includes positions at SSH International Engineering Consultants and OHLA Group, where Riyas worked on diverse projects such as the Sidra Medical & Research Centre in Qatar and various cultural and infrastructure developments in Kuwait. Riyas holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering and has completed specialized training in Autodesk software.
