Sameer Daoud

Sameer brings 23 years of global project experience, along with significant executive leadership and operational expertise. He has previously held senior executive positions in international consulting firms and in contracting companies across the US, North Africa and the Middle East.

Sameer is a qualified degreed Civil Engineer who has served as a senior Infrastructure Leader in WS Atkins and WSP Middle East. Subsequently, Sameer joined Hyder Consulting as the Regional Managing Director - Transport & Infrastructure, and after the company's acquisition by Arcadis he took over as Global Business Leader for Infrastructure & Water.

Before joining KEO, Sameer was the Chief Executive Officer of MECIC, a regional contracting company Prior to this, Sameer held the position of Group Chief Development Officer and Managing Director of Drake & Scull. Sameer holds current memberships in the American Society of Civil Engineers since 2001, Texas Board of Professional Engineers since 2005, and the UAE Society of Engineers.
