Pamela Crisanto has over five years of experience in the marketing and trade marketing fields. Pamela began their career in 2016 as a Senior Trade Marketing Manager at Navent. In this role, they were responsible for the Trade Marketing Mexico area in the leading classifieds online group, directing the brands of Inmuebles24, Bumeran.com, and Hiring Room nationally, reporting to LATAM. Pamela also developed and implemented creative BTL and ATL strategies for national events. In 2018, Crisanto moved to Groupon as a Leader Strategic Alliances. In this role, they were responsible for the customer service team and the commercial team, driving commercial strategy for the gastronomic sector in the platform at the CDMX level, and planning benchmarking and B2B sales studies. In 2019, they joined Edenred Mexico as a Trade Marketing Specialist, where they coordinated and executed corporate events and designed and implemented strategic commercial plans, as well as managed post-sales for alliances through CRM (Salesforce). In 2021, Crisanto took a role as Márketing B2B Lead at Mudafy, where they led the growth strategy through retention, engagement, and monetization initiatives, and increased Brand Awareness in CDMX, the Southeast, and Monterrey. Pamela was also responsible for product launches, managing corporate events and sponsorships. Currently, Crisanto is a Growth Brand Manager at KEO World.
Pamela Crisanto obtained their Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia y Publicidad from Universidad Latina in 2014. Pamela is currently pursuing a Maestría in Alta dirección en mercadotecnia from the same university.
