Nigel Sanderson

Nigel Sanderson is a highly experienced human resources professional currently serving as Principal Consultant at Keogh since April 2023. Previously, Nigel held comparable roles at Actrua and Odgers Berndtson, including Principal Consultant and Executive Search Consultant, respectively. Nigel's extensive background includes leadership positions at The University of Western Australia as Deputy Director of Human Resources, BP as Head of HR at the Kwinana Refinery, Bankwest as Head of HR for IT & Change Management, and Pfizer as Regional HR Director for South Asia and ANZ. Nigel obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Curtin University Graduate School of Business, completing the degree between 2011 and 2014.
