Alisa has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles related to security and operations management. Alisa began their career at Internal Communication Network LTD as a Customer Service/Supervisor. Alisa then worked as a Security Officer/Receptionist at Elizabethan Security Ltd, where they performed various tasks such as CCTV monitoring and building evacuation procedures. After that, they joined Securitas as a Leading Security Officer/Helpdesk/Control Room operator and later became a Security Supervisor.

In 2009, Alisa worked at Infinity SDC as a Lead Security Supervisor, where they managed the security operations of a Tier 4 datacenter. Alisa then worked at Knightsbridge Guarding Ltd as a Duty Security Manager and Corporate Physical Security Professional.

Alisa's work experience also includes roles at London 2012, where they served as a Venue Security Manager, Functional Venue Security Manager, and Games Security Coordination Centre (GSCC) Operations Manager for the Olympic Games. Alisa also worked at On365 as a Service Desk Manager and Office Manager.

Most recently, Alisa has held several roles at KeolisAmey Docklands, including Service Delivery Support Manager, Operations Security and Resilience Manager, Head of Network Security and Delivery, and their current position as Head of Security & Emergency Planning. In these roles, they have been responsible for various aspects of security, emergency planning, and crisis management for the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) transportation network.
