Moneea Alamin

Moneea Alamin is an experienced professional with a strong background in asset management, customer service, and leadership development. Currently serving as an Asset Management Systems Controller and FRMC Operative at KeolisAmey Docklands since December 2010, Moneea collaborates with stakeholders and contractors to efficiently manage faults and communicate updates to senior management. Moneea's prior roles include Passenger Service Agent, where Moneea was recognized as the first Bangladeshi female and Hijabi in the position, and various positions in support and customer service, including Assistant Buyer at City & Guilds and Front of House Assistant for the London Borough of Newham. Moneea's educational achievements include a 2:1 BA in Economics, Politics & Public Policy from Goldsmiths, University of London. Moneea has also participated in leadership programs sponsored by John Lewis, enhancing skills in retail management and professional development.
