Anna Wilson

Anna Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Anna is currently working as a Customer Experience Team Leader in Rail Operations at Keolis Downer since January 2021. Prior to this, Anna held the role of Senior Learning and Development Project Officer at the Department for Child Protection, South Australia from November 2020 to January 2021. From August 2018 to November 2020, they served as a Senior Training Facilitator at the Department of Planning, Transport, and Infrastructure (DPTI). Before that, Anna worked as a Business Manager at COTA Insurance and Membership Services from July 2014 to December 2017. Anna also gained experience as a Training and Development Coordinator at the Department of Planning, Transport, and Infrastructure from August 2012 to June 2014, and as a Training and Development Officer from June 2008 to June 2011.

Anna Wilson completed their Bachelor of Environmental Studies with a focus on Mangrove and coastal zone change from the University of Adelaide, attending from 2002 to 2004. Anna also holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment in Workforce Development and Training from ASC Training and Development. In addition to their formal education, Anna Wilson has obtained certifications in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in September 2020 and Learning to Teach Online from LinkedIn in June 2020.
