Matt Cole

Matt Cole currently serves as Systems Engineering Lead at Keolis Downer, starting in July 2024. Previously, from January 2016 to July 2024, Matt held multiple roles as Technical Director at Amey, including secondments to Manchester Metrolink that involved significant responsibilities in engineering, asset management, and digital operations. Prior experience includes a position as Customer Care Manager at Cultura Technologies, overseeing software maintenance contracts, and various roles at Amey, where Matt was involved in software support, project management, and technical support. Educationally, Matt obtained a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology and Computing from The Open University from 2004 to 2011.
