Christophe Deshayes

Christophe Deshayes has extensive experience in project management and operational excellence within the automotive industry, currently holding the position of Directeur adjoint projet industrialisation at Groupe Keolis since January 2013. Previous roles include Chef de Projet Industrialisation et harmonisation de la maintenance and Responsable Méthode Maintenance. Prior to his tenure at Groupe Keolis, Christophe Deshayes worked at Renault for two decades, where responsibilities included Zone Manager Après Vente, Expert en organisation atelier, and roles in training and technical design. Earlier experience includes a position as Technicien / réceptionnaire at Peugeot. Educational qualifications include a Black Belt Six Sigma from CUBIK Partners, a general management program from emlyon business school, and a BTS in Vehicle Operations from GARAC. Additional studies include finance and economics at Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
