Pierre Gosset

Pierre Gosset is the Executive Director of Keolis Group's Industrial Division at Keolis. Pierre has held this position since March 2020.

From June 2016 to March 2020, Pierre Gosset was the Managing Director of France Services at Alstom. In this role, they were in charge of the Service Business Unit in France for Alstom.

From January 2014 to June 2016, Pierre Gosset was the Rolling Stock Service Platforms Director as part of the Service Engineering division at Alstom. In this role, they were in charge of Rolling Stock Service platforms, whose mission can be summed up roughly as:

1. providing Rolling Stock design teams with serviceability/maintainability studies (LORA, MTA, LCC), focusing on value adding solutions for the whole life of the train

2. supporting service tender teams, providing cost base and reference solution, challenging costs to make the best competitive bid

3. leading mobilisation/start up phase for new projects, with focus on greenfields

4. supporting project teams and enhancing project performance, as seen through indicators (availability, reliability) or QCD commitments

5. ensuring return of experience

Platform teams are based on Rolling Stock manufacturing teams in France, Germany, Italy. Projects supported are worldwide.

Pierre Gosset has a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in fluid mechanics / ecology from Ecole polytechnique and a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Manufacturing / production systems from Ecole nationale supérieure de Techniques avancées. Pierre also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics and Physics from Lycee Henri IV. Additionally, they have certification from Coursera in Giving Sense to Your Leadership Experience, Building Your Leadership Skills, and Building Your Leadership Skills.

Pierre Gosset reports to Marie-Ange Debon, Group CEO. They are on a team with Kathleen Wantz-O'Rourke - Executive Director, Finance & Legal, Frédéric Baverez - Executive Director, France & Chairman of EFFIA, and Jean Ghedira - Executive Director, Marketing & New Mobilities.
