Théophile Schurra

Théophile Schurra is an experienced energy purchaser currently working at Groupe Keolis since January 2023, where responsibilities include managing three Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), regulatory surveillance, and overseeing natural gas and electricity contracts, along with supporting international subsidiaries. Prior to this role, Théophile served as an energy purchaser and military officer at Ministère des Armées from October 2018 to January 2023, focusing on regulatory surveillance and managing substantial annual budgets for natural gas and electricity.
