Youenn Dupuis

Youenn Dupuis is an experienced executive currently serving as the Deputy General Director of Île-de-France at Keolis since January 2016 and as a General Administrator at OPTILE since September 2021. Prior roles include Director of Line 14 of the Paris Metro and Project Manager for the Grand Paris Express at RATP, as well as teaching at Sciences Po.
