Pierre-Paul Pharand

CEO, Keolis Canada at Keolis Transit America

Pierre-Paul Pharand is the current CEO of Keolis Canada. Prior to this, they were the Consulting Director at Bell Nordic Conseil from August 2017 to December 2018. Before that, they were with the Canadian Armed Forces. Pierre-Paul also spent over 20 years with Aéroports de Montréal, where they eventually became the Vice President of Airport Operations, Infrastructures and Air Services Development.

Pierre-Paul Pharand studied at the Royal Military College of Canada/Collège militaire royal du Canada, where they earned a Bachelor Degree and Master of Arts. Pierre-Paul also attended the Université Laval for the International Summer School on International Conflicts and Interventions, as well as the International Summer School on Terrorism. In addition, Pierre-Paul Pharand has a CIREM Executive Development Program from HEC Montréal. Pierre-Paul's Airport Strategic Management training is from IATA Training.

Pierre-Paul Pharand reports to David Scorey, CEO. They are on a team with Ryan Adams - SVP, Strategic Development, Bryan Jungwirth - VP, Business Development, and Gerald Francis - President, Keolis Commuter Services.
