Andrew Pennington

Andrew Pennington currently serves as the Driver Team Manager at KeolisAmey Metrolink, overseeing a team of over 50 light rail drivers since May 2017. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as a Driver Analyst within the Driver Management team, where responsibilities included analyzing OTMR data and preparing detailed reports for driver monitoring and incident investigations. Andrew's experience also includes working as an LRV Driver at RATP from January 2015 to May 2017, and as an Ecom and International Merchandiser at Jon Richard Limited from March 2014 to January 2015. Additionally, Andrew spent over a decade at adidas in various merchandising roles, culminating as Merchandising Manager. Academic credentials include a BTEC National Diploma in Public Services obtained from Stockport College between 2000 and 2003.
