Shpend Nura has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Shpend currently serves as a Board Member for the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo and the Association of Microfinance Institutions of Kosovo. Previously, they were the CEO of KEP Trust and the Managing Partner of LNL Partners. Shpend also held the position of Deputy CEO at BPB. Prior to that, they worked at Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo in various roles, including Head of Micro Enterprises Segment, Head of Product Management and Development Department, Head of Card Business Department, Card Business Manager, and Product Specialist. Shpend started their career as a Loan Officer at Interim Credit Unit and also worked as a Works Contract Officer at KFOR HQ. Shpend began their professional journey as a Project Assistant at Save the Children International.
Shpend Nura obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Prishtina. Shpend then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Sheffield from 2010 to 2012.
